Research of the Baret Group
Microfluidics, Active Soft Interfaces, Biotechnology, High-throughput Screening, Single cells, Synthetic Biology
In MaxSynBio, the Baret group develops microfluidic methods for the construction, manipulation and analysis of artificial microcompartments. The group focus on the integration of metabolic functions in those microcompartments, using a minimal approach. The goal is to provide miniaturized experimental modules functioning under out-of-equilibrium conditions for the further integration and coupling to other life relevant functions.
